Sustainability PA

The Sustainability PA is the production’s go-to on-set sustainability representative. Together with the Sustainability Advisor and Coordinator, we make up the team that is responsible for both monitoring and reducing the show’s carbon footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the setup and break down of waste stations for all streams (recycling, compost, zero-waste-to-landfill general, and any other specialty recycling streams)

  • Facilitating a single-use plastic-free hydration system

  • Communicating sustainability initiatives to crew

  • Aiding the collection of data from crew for carbon reporting purposes

  • Coordinating food recovery efforts with crew and non-profit partners/local volunteer organisations

  • Assisting with the donation and redistribution of production materials

CANDIDATE SKILLS

​Required

  • Valid UK driver licence and access to personal vehicle

  • Passion for sustainability and the environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willing to get hands dirty

  • ​

Preferred

  • Albert sustainable production certification

  • Professional on-set experience

  • Basic knowledge of waste management guidelines and zero-to-landfill processes
